Job summary

Samsung SDS America is seeking an SAP MM Analyst to support SAP and in-house applications at a major North American facility. The role entails monitoring SAP data interfaces with legacy systems, collaborating with front-office departments, and delivering solutions onsite in Austin, TX.

Key responsibilities include SAP MM support, data governance, project workstreams, and month-end close activities. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years in SAP MM and 3+ years in ABAP, plus strong communication

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams
Experience diagnosing and solving SAP MM issues in complex ecosystems
Experience with ABAP programming and data interfaces

Responsibilities

Provide expert SAP MM support for purchasing, inventory, shipping/receiving, engineering, and accounting users
Maintain material and vendor master data; perform data quality checks
Monitor SAP legacy interfaces; resolve data discrepancies and generate reports
Lead MM-focused projects: configuration changes, upgrades, new modules, and risk assessments
Support month-end/year-end closing: GR/IR balances, inventory valuations, variances
Create SOPs, user guides, and conduct end-user training to improve proficiency
Identify and implement process improvements, including Fiori apps or RPA solutions
