Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
7 years of hands-on SAP SCM experience (MM/PP/SD).
7 years of ERP project delivery experience.
Experience supporting manufacturing operations.
Strong business analysis and problem solving.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Experience in a global, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering, analysis, fit-gap assessments, and solution design to align SAP SCM with business needs.
Manage delivery of SAP SCM projects, enhancements, and production support including incident resolution and SLA compliance.
Collaborate with HQ, business users, IT, and external partners to implement SCM best practices.
Develop functional specs, process docs, test plans, and training materials; support testing and deployment.
Analyze processes, perform fit-gap assessments, and recommend standardized SAP solutions.
Provide subject-matter expertise for SAP SCM modules and integrations for architecture reviews and improvements.
Support end users with troubleshooting and on-call assistance.
