Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC’s WECTEC Staffing Services is seeking a Business Services Technician-Level 1 for a 4-month contract. You will create purchase orders, process work cycles and MR11 in SAP MM, and support multiple departments to ensure SOX compliance.

Onsite with a collaborative, safety-focused team environment. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma and at least 1 year in procurement or accounts payable; SAP experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma / GED required.
• A general understanding of Procurement and Accounting; 1+ years in Procurement, Accounts Payable or another administrative finance responsibility.
• SAP experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Create Purchase Orders with a focus on commercial content and risk mitigation
• Process Work Cycles and MR 11 transactions
• Support the Jira service desk and perform month end activities
• Resolve vendor issues, handle and respond to urgent requests
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Business Management, IT, Accounts Payable, and Integrated Supply Chain
• Maintain compliance with company SOX controls and procedures
