Job summary

Roche is seeking a Business Process Expert to support analysis, stabilization, and continuous improvement of business processes and related systems within Digital Operations in the Near Patient Care environment. You will bridge Business and IT, handle functional topics, testing, training, and documentation while ensuring reliable day-to-day SAP and manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, IT, or related field; 8 years of equivalent experience may substitute for a degree.
• 4 years of relevant professional work experience in business processes or systems.
• Strong knowledge of SAP production support, MM, PP, PP-PI, and shop floor execution.
• Experience with ticket-based support models such as ServiceNow; familiarity with SAP interfaces and MES is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate solution-specific support within business processes for assigned systems.
• Analyze incidents, service requests, and user issues with IT and business functions.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve functional incidents in live production environments.
• Support changes, testing, regression testing, and documentation for compliant system changes.
• Collect and analyze process data to identify problems and propose improvements.
• Develop, maintain, and deliver training materials and user documentation.
