Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 4+ years of relevant professional work experience
• Experience with SAP production support and related modules (MM, PP, PP-PI) preferred
• Strong knowledge of business process management and logistics systems
• Structured problem solving and collaboration with IT and business stakeholders
• Ability to develop training materials and user documentation

Responsibilities

• Provide SAP ECC 6.0 production support for MM, PP, PP-PI processes
• Analyze incidents, document findings, and ensure stable daily operations
• Coordinate testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing
• Develop and maintain standards for supported systems and processes
• Create training materials and knowledge transfer for end users
