Job summary

Borusan Berg Pipe, a leading North American large-diameter steel line pipe manufacturer, seeks a full-time Maintenance Planner for its Panama City, Florida location. You will develop maintenance strategies, manage SAP Maintenance work orders, and coordinate parts, vendors, and internal teams to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience, proficiency in SAP Maintenance and AutoCAD, and strong communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of manufacturing experience as an electrical / mechanical crafts person.
• Three or more years of experience planning and coordinating industrial maintenance work.
• Proficient in SAP Maintenance software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with predictive and preventative maintenance tools.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Degree in Engineering or related field. (Preferred)
• AutoCAD proficiency (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Develop scheduled maintenance programs using the SAP Maintenance module.
• Evaluate replacement part requirements and create appropriate maintenance work orders.
• Anticipate interruptions to planned maintenance activities and develop contingency plans.
• Evaluate and develop preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for equipment.
• Evaluate and implement preventive and predictive maintenance procedures.
• Document maintenance activities and maintain equipment histories.
• Generate API compliant maintenance documents and assist in API audit readiness.
• Coordinate parts staging and costing with Storeroom, Purchasing, and Accounting.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams across Borusan U.S. locations and SAP team.
• Develop detailed work tasks and instructions for maintenance activities.
