Job summary

Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) seeks an SAP Functional Consultant for a hybrid role in Columbus, OH or Merrillville, IN. The candidate will provide techno-functional oversight of SAP Meter-to-Cash and Customer Service processes, focusing on S/4HANA Utilities and SAP Service Cloud.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in SAP solution delivery including design, config, development and integration.
• Experience in multi-vendor enterprise SAP deployments.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Service Cloud, BTP, and Fiori.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end SAP functional oversight for M2C and Customer Service.
• Oversee design, configuration, customization, and integration of SAP apps.
• Lead testing activities (unit, SIT, UAT, regression, performance).
• Coordinate with vendors for timely SAP delivery.
• Ensure SAP security roles and compliance per SAP standards.
