Job summary

Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) seeks an IT Engineer for a hybrid role with a major utility company in Columbus, OH or Merrillville, IN. This 6+ month contract-to-hire position focuses on end-to-end SAP functional oversight for M2C and Customer Service using S/4HANA Utilities and SAP Service Cloud.

The candidate will lead design, configuration, testing, and integration activities, coordinating with vendors while ensuring security, compliance, and DevSecOps practices across SAP projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP solution delivery experience in complex multi-vendor environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Service Cloud, SAP BTP and related products.
• Experience with SAP security models, GRC, and DevSecOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide techno-functional SAP design oversight for M2C and Customer Service.
• Oversee SAP configuration, customization and integration across modules.
• Guide testing phases and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure security roles, access models and compliance requirements are met.
