Job summary
Motion Recruitment is seeking a Senior SAP Solution Delivery Lead for a major energy and utilities client. The role is contract-to-hire, with 6-month initial duration, located in Columbus, OH or Merrillville, IN, and a hybrid work arrangement.
You will drive SAP transformations, lead design, development, testing, and deployment, and mentor teams across enterprise SAP programs. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in SAP delivery, strong C4C and API experience, and proven ability to shape enterprise
Qualifications
- 7+ years of SAP solution delivery experience.
- Experience with SAP APIs and BAPIs in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Service Cloud (C4C) and related integration.
- Experience with SAP security, GRC, and SAP testing.
- Familiarity with Jira and qTest for test management and defect tracking.
Responsibilities
- Review designs, code deliverables, and test results across SAP systems.
- Provide technical guidance and SAP implementation best practices.
- Oversee SAP design, configuration, and integration activities.
- Coordinate delivery across internal and third-party teams.
- Mentor teams and drive modernization and DevSecOps practices.
- Support testing efforts and ensure security and access controls.
