Job summary

Siemens in Grand Prairie, TX seeks an organized logistics analyst to support data entry, SAP processes, and documentation for inbound and production orders. You will coordinate shipments, maintain records, and assist in audits under the Logistics Manager.

The role requires 2–5 years of logistics or manufacturing experience, HS diploma, and proficiency with SAP and MS Office. You will work with procurement teams and cross-functional partners to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely kitting and

Qualifications

Must have good knowledge of SAP transactions.
Must have working knowledge of Excel and/or other MS Office software.
Must be able to work independently yet able to work with other departments on procurement issues that arise, cross-functional teams, etc.

Responsibilities

Review and complete reoccurring SAP transactions.
Monitor internal and external water levels.
Review and provide updates on sequence as needed.
Coordinate with Supervisors and Foreman to determine root cause for any discrepancies.
Ensure items are properly kitted and production orders are completed in a timely manner.
Coordinating daily inbound shipments for parcel, air freight, LTL, and truckload shipments.
compiles and maintains records such as time, date, quantity, source and destination of materials received or kitted.
