Job summary

kdc/one is seeking an experienced SAP Services Lead to guide a four-person team of SAP Business Analysts and drive SAP service delivery across the organization.

In a hands-on leadership role, you’ll partner with business stakeholders, IT leadership, external providers, and our Central SAP Services team in Europe to strengthen system performance, optimize processes, and support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Three to five plus years of people management, ideally multi-site leadership.
• Hands-on SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA implementation and support.
• Experience with at least two SAP modules: WM, MM, PP, or QM.
• Strong SAP project delivery, configuration, integration, and process improvement.

What You’ll Bring

• A bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years of people management experience, ideally leading teams in a multi-site environment.
• Hands-on SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA implementation and support experience.
• Experience with at least two of these SAP modules: WM, MM, PP, or QM.
• Strong SAP project delivery, configuration, integration, and process improvement experience.
• Manufacturing experience and a proven ability to manage projects, budgets, and resources.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with GIB Suite (DCP/DCO), GuiXT, Power BI, Winshuttle, or relevant SAP, PMP, ITIL, or Agile certifications.
