kdc/one is seeking an experienced SAP Services Lead to guide SAP application services, lead a team of four SAP Business Analysts, and drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations.

This on-site role in Groveport & New Albany, Ohio, offers hands-on leadership, opportunities to partner with the Central SAP Services team in Europe, and to deliver SAP ECC and S/4HANA initiatives in a multi-site manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA implementation and support experience.
• Experience with at least two SAP modules: WM, MM, PP, or QM.
• 3-5+ years of people management experience in a multi-site environment.
• Strong SAP project management and full-lifecycle implementation experience.
• Knowledge of SAP configuration, system integrations, and custom enhancements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

kdc/one is seeking an experienced SAP Services Lead to guide SAP application services, lead a team of four SAP Business Analysts, and drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations.

This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, improving business processes, managing SAP projects, and partnering with teams across multiple locations—including our Central SAP Services team in Europe.

What You’ll Do

What We're Looking For

Experience with Power BI, GIB Suite, GuiXT, or Winshuttle is a plus. PMP, ITIL, Scrum, or SAP certifications are also preferred.
