Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP ISU FSM Product Owner for our Field Service Management applications based on SAP-ISU, SAP MRS, and SAP Asset Manager Mobile tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, project management skills, and utility sector knowledge related to Work Management processes.

The Product Owner will oversee SAP Multi Resource Scheduling and SAP Asset Manager Mobile applications supporting customer connections, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure standards and quality during the lifecycle of incidents, enhancements, and improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and align with business goals.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog for timely delivery of features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP tools within the SAP CS module.
• Oversee testing and quality assurance to ensure high-quality application delivery.
• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives for operational efficiency.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and functional documentation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, manage change requests, and ensure system stability.
• Support day-to-day operations of AES SAP ISU systems.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support organizational goals.

Position Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with SAP MRS and SAP Asset Manager Mobile on SAP-ISU.
• Degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead technical project management and identify performance improvements.
• Knowledge of ITSM and Utilities business processes.
• SAP-ISU Certification is desirable.
