Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Application Manager, SAP ISU FSM for our Field Service Management applications based on SAP-ISU technology, utilizing SAP MRS (Multi Resource Scheduling) and SAP Asset Manager Mobile tools to process service orders within SAP CS (Customer Service) module. The ideal candidate will have a robust technical background, project management skills, and a strong understanding of the utilities sector specific to the Work Management process.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Field Service Management applications.
2. Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
3. Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that features and enhancements are delivered in a timely manner.
4. Technical Oversight: Collaborate with development teams to ensure the successful use and seamless integration of SAP ISU, SAP MRS (Multi Resource Scheduling) and SAP Asset Manager Mobile to process service orders within SAP CS (Customer Service) module until completion of the billing process.
5. Quality Assurance: Oversee testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications.
6. Project Management: Lead project management activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
7. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Field Service Management operations.
8. Develop project plans: Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, functional document designs (FDDs) and monitor project progress to ensure milestones are met within scope, time, and cost constraints.
9. Coordinate and communicate: Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and external vendors.
10. Manage change requests: Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation of system changes.
11. Oversee operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the AES SAP ISU systems, ensuring stability and performance.
12. Perform additional tasks: Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the manager to support team and organizational goals.

Position Requirements

1. 5+ years of experience within SAP MRS and SAP Asset Manager Mobile on SAP-ISU.
2. IT related, Engineering (IT, Industrial, etc.), Bachelor of Business Administration or similar degree.
3. Proven experience in coordinating and effectively communicating with diverse stakeholders, including business users, Digital teams, and external vendors.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.
5. Must have the ability to perform technical project management to achieve expected results in a timely fashion.
6. Identify opportunities for improving the performance and functionality of SAP MRS and SAP Asset Manager Mobile tools.
7. Knowledge of ITSM and Utilities business processes.
8. SAP-ISU Certification (desirable).
