Position: SAP ISU FSM Product Owner

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SAP ISU FSM Product Owner for our Field Service Management applications based on SAP-ISU technology, utilizing SAP MRS (Multi Resource Scheduling) and SAP Asset Manager Mobile tools to process service orders within SAP CS (Customer Service) module. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, project management skills, and understanding of the utilities sector, especially Work Management processes.

The SAP ISU FSM Product Owner will oversee and manage SAP Multi Resource Scheduling and SAP Asset Manager Mobile applications supporting customer connections. This role involves collaboration with Business and Digital stakeholders to ensure standards and quality during incidents, enhancements, and improvements.

Responsibilities include:

1. Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Field Service Management applications.
2. Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
3. Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
4. Technical Oversight: Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful use and integration of SAP ISU, SAP MRS, and SAP Asset Manager Mobile in processing service orders until billing completion.
5. Quality Assurance: Oversee testing and QA processes to ensure high-quality application delivery.
6. Project Management: Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of projects.
7. Continuous Improvement: Identify and drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operations.
8. Project Planning: Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and functional designs, monitoring progress to meet milestones within scope, time, and budget.
9. Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with business users, IT teams, and vendors.
10. Change Management: Manage change requests and document system modifications.
11. Operations Oversight: Ensure stability and performance of AES SAP ISU systems.
12. Additional Tasks: Support team and organizational goals as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with SAP MRS and SAP Asset Manager Mobile on SAP-ISU.
• Degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in stakeholder coordination and communication.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform technical project management effectively.
• Identify opportunities for performance and functionality improvements.
• Knowledge of ITSM and Utilities business processes.
• SAP-ISU Certification preferred.
