EY is seeking a Manager in Technology Analysis to lead SAP IS-U data-conversion workstreams within complex utility transformation programs. You will provide functional and delivery leadership from migration strategy through production cutover and stabilization.

You will own data-conversion strategy, define waves and ownership, lead assessments and data quality planning, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth, audit-ready data loads and successful cutovers.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required with 4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience.
• Proven leadership of a workstream or team for migration projects.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing risks.
• Ability to translate requirements into practical conversion rules and criteria.

Responsabilidades

• Own data-conversion strategy, scope, governance, and readiness for SAP IS-U programs.
• Define conversion waves, object sequencing, ownership, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead source-system assessments and data-quality planning with business owners.
• Set the approach for mapping, transformation, tooling, staging, and mock-conversions.
• Coordinate SAP functional leads, ETL teams, data stewards, and cutover leadership.
• Govern mock loads, defect priorities, and reconciliation, with formal sign-off.
• Own cutover readiness, load sequencing, contingency planning, and post-load validation.
• Manage team capacity, risks, scope, estimates, and executive decisions.
