Job summary

EY, a global professional services firm, seeks a Manager in Technology Analysis to lead SAP IS-U data-conversion workstreams within complex utility transformation programs. You will provide functional and delivery leadership from migration strategy through production cutover and stabilization.

You will own data-conversion strategy, define waves, coordinate cross-functional teams, govern mock loads and cutover readiness, and ensure audit-ready evidence while managing risks and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, with 3+ years leading a workstream.
• Proven ownership of functional solution design and delivery.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing risks.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Own data-conversion strategy, scope, governance, and readiness for SAP IS-U programs.
• Define conversion waves, object sequencing, ownership, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead source-system assessments and data-quality planning with business owners.
• Set the functional and technical approach for mapping, transformation, and loads.
• Coordinate SAP functional leads, ETL, data stewards, and cutover leadership.
• Governing mock loads, defects, conversion metrics, and sign-off.
• Own cutover readiness, load sequencing, contingency planning, and post-load validation.
• Manage team capacity, risks, scope, estimates, and executive decisions.
