Job summary

RTX, the world’s largest aerospace and defense company, seeks a Manager, Business Systems Expert (BSE) with SAP IM/WM/LMS expertise to optimize enterprise SAP solutions across the supply chain. You will implement, configure, and tune SAP modules to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 8+ years SAP experience in IM/WM.
• Experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA integrations.
• Experience with 3PL and warehouse operations.
• Proficient in agile delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear SAP functional requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and end-users to prioritize backlogs.
• Configure SAP IM/WM modules and customize solutions.
• Support ECC and S/4HANA transitions and ROM estimates.
• Develop functional documentation and training materials.
