RTX Enterprise Services is seeking a Manager, Business Systems Expert with SAP IM/WM expertise to optimize inventory, logistics, and warehouse processes. You will configure SAP solutions, collaborate with 3PLs, and drive continuous improvement across ECC and S/4HANA transitions.

The role emphasizes working with Product Owners, end-users, and technical teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions and documentation in a remote, US-based environment.

Qualifications

8+ years of SAP ECC experience focusing on IM, WM, Shipping and Logistics.
Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and agile tools.
5+ years in Agile/SAFe delivery environments with 3PL partners.
Experience supporting conveyor-based warehouse operations with SAP IMG.

Responsibilities

Translate business needs into SAP requirements.
Prioritize backlogs with Product Owners and end-users.
Provide functional guidance across Inventory, Logistics, Warehousing and Shipping.
Collaborate with 3PL providers to implement warehouse solutions.
Configure SAP IM/WM modules and ECC/S/4HANA integrations.
Design ECC functionality to support S/4HANA transitions.
Develop functional docs and training materials.
Conduct functional testing and support QA.
