Job summary

RTX Enterprise Services is seeking a Manager, Business Systems Expert with SAP IM/WM expertise to enhance SAP solutions across the enterprise. You will work with business users, product owners, and 3PL partners to design and optimize processes within ECC/S/4HANA and deliver measurable improvements.

The role requires strong functional leadership, experience with IM/WM, TMS, and logistics, and a track record in agile delivery.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience.
• 8–10 years of SAP ECC experience with IM/WM/Shipping and SAP Fiori.
• 5+ years in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe delivery environments.
• Experience with 3PL partners.
• Experience with SAP IMG configuration.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into SAP functional and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide functional guidance across Inventory, Logistics, Warehousing, and Shipping processes.
• Partner with 3PL providers to implement warehouse solutions that enhance operational performance.
• Configure SAP IM/WM modules and customize ECC/S/4HANA solutions.
• Support cross-module integrations within SAP ECC and S/4HANA, including dependencies with WM and EWM.
• Design and implement new or enhanced ECC functionality to support future S/4HANA transitions.
• Analyze workflows, optimize processes, and enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with technical teams and SMEs to create ROM estimates and solution designs.
• Develop high-quality functional documentation and training materials.
• Conduct functional testing and support QA efforts.
• Manage transports in coordination with change and configuration management processes.
• Provide ongoing functional support and troubleshoot issues as needed.
