Job summary

ASTEMO AMERICAS, INC. is seeking a SAP inventory specialist to lead inventory control efforts and support SAP MM/SD processes across on-site and third-party warehouses. You will manage records, forecast demand, and generate reports to align with sales, procurement, and logistics.

The role requires strong SAP experience, attention to detail, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory and connectivity with the broader supply chain.

Qualifications

• Proficient in SAP ERP system use.
• Planning, warehousing, and inventory function mostly.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain SAP inventory records for on-site and third-party warehouse stock.
• Track inbound/outbound inventory and reconcile physical counts with system data.
• Set reorder points and forecast demand using seasonal trends and usage patterns.
• Generate and interpret inventory reports to support sales, procurement, and logistics.
• Implement and maintain SAP SD/MM inventory processes, ensuring alignment with sales, production, and purchasing.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies and perform audits for accuracy.
• Train users on SAP inventory functions and support system upgrades.
