Job summary

Generac in Wisconsin is seeking an SAP Implementation Project Team Lead I to oversee SAP deployment for designated work streams across subsidiaries. You will partner with Global Business Process Owner, IT – COE’s and subsidiary stakeholders to drive results and ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires blueprinting, testing, security mapping, and reporting development with BI tools, plus mentoring the Super User network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years SAP experience.
• Business Intelligence (BI) experience preferred.
• Experience with multiple SAP modules and processes.

Responsibilities

• Project manager for SAP implementation across assigned locations.
• Blueprinting requirements and GAP analysis.
• Develop and maintain test scripts for rollouts.
• Transfer knowledge to SAP Super User network.
• Security access and role mapping for SAP.
• Monitor project phases and escalate issues.
• Coordinate communications on plans and results.
• Support BI reporting for executives.
