Job summary

Generac seeks a Global Business Process Owner II to lead end-to-end Plan to Make processes worldwide. You will manage a global SAP project team, collaborate with IT to align technology with business needs, and drive large-scale initiatives to optimize SAP and related systems.

You will engage with regional leaders, coach a high-performance team, and ensure compliance with IT policies while delivering measurable productivity gains.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated results in leading global projects and programs that drive improvements in business process performance
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to analyze, think strategically, and communicate well-supported data
• Strong knowledge of SAP end-to-end processes and related data (OTC, CRM, PTP, PTM, RTR, SLM, Master data)
• Strong knowledge of cross-functional business processes, including finance, supply chain, quality, and customer service
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to build and lead high-performance teams
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end business processes across the globe related to Plan to Make
• Manage a team of SAP Project Team Leads/GBPOI resources for the workstream
• Collaborate with IT leadership and technical teams to align technology solutions with business needs
• Own and manage strategic initiatives within the workstream, leading global projects
• Engage with global business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop, coach, and mentor direct reports to build a high-performance team
• Define and maintain robust processes to optimize SAP and key systems
• Deploy global SAP enhancements and communicate with end-users and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain business process documentation and IT policy compliance
• Act as escalation point for critical issues, incidents, or enhancements
• Oversee security and role mapping changes; review security requests; interface with IT PMO
• Support data standards and participate in steering committee and status meetings
• Develop business cases, ROI calculations and functional specs for enhancements
• Collaborate with IT to select software solutions with business input
• Coordinate with COE and SU resources to ensure knowledge transfer and coverage for workstream
