Generac Power Systems Inc. is seeking a Global Business Process Owner II to own end-to-end Plan to Make processes and SAP deployments.

The role involves coordinating a global team, driving process optimization, and aligning IT solutions with business goals to enable growth and productivity across regions. You will manage enhancements, provide training, and maintain documentation while collaborating with leaders across finance, supply chain, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR 8 years of equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of SAP system experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated results in leading global projects and programs.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data-driven decision making.
• Knowledge of cross-functional business processes including finance, supply chain, quality, and customer service.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end global business processes related to Plan to Make.
• Manage SAP project team leads and resources for the workstream.
• Collaborate with IT to align technology solutions with business needs.
• Oversee deployment of global SAP enhancements and trainings.
• Develop and maintain system/process documentation for IT compliance.
• Escalate and resolve critical issues and incidents for the workstream.
• Coordinate weekly cross-functional meetings to prioritize enhancements.
