Job summary

Generac seeks a Global SAP Business Analyst to own end-to-end business processes for Service Lifecycle Management, with a focus on SAP and system integrations. The role requires coordinating global implementations, driving process improvements, and training users across sites.

The candidate will lead enhancements, manage incidents, and partner with IT and business leaders to enable growth and productivity through robust SAP solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 4 years of SAP experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 5 years of medium to large-scale project and program management.
• Strong communication and collaboration across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME and blueprint workstream for new sites/subsidiaries.
• Coordinate global process implementations and align with IT/COE teams.
• Oversee incident tickets, enhancements, and security role mappings.
• Lead rollouts of system enhancements and training for users.
• Develop business cases, ROI, and functional specs for enhancements.
