Job summary
Argano is a leading global digital consultancy seeking a SAP IBP Functional Lead Consultant to design and deliver SAP IBP solutions across complex client environments. You will partner with stakeholders and delivery teams to translate planning requirements into scalable IBP designs and provide functional leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
You will guide workshops, drive fit-gap decisions, and ensure integration with SAP S/4HANA and other ERP systems, while mentoring junior consultants
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP supply chain planning.
- Multiple full-cycle SAP IBP implementations.
- Strong hands-on configuration in SAP IBP.
- Experience with S&OP, IBP planning domains, and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Lead the functional design and delivery of SAP IBP solutions.
- Translate requirements into scalable IBP designs and workflows.
- Lead fit-to-standard and fit-gap discussions with stakeholders.
- Define integration requirements with SAP S/4HANA and other systems.
- Coordinate with architects, data, and delivery teams throughout projects.
- Mentor consultants and support knowledge transfer.
