Job summary

Argano’s SAP Supply Chain Digital Transformation Team is seeking an experienced SAP IBP Functional Lead Consultant to lead the design and delivery of SAP Integrated Business Planning solutions across complex client environments. This role will work at the intersection of supply chain planning, business process transformation, and SAP technology.

The Functional Lead will partner with business stakeholders, solution architects, and delivery teams to translate planning requirements into scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in SAP supply chain planning.
• Experience with multiple full-cycle SAP IBP implementations.
• Strong hands-on configuration experience in SAP IBP.
• Experience with S&OP, Demand Planning, and Supply Planning.
• Experience leading functional workstreams, client workshops, and implementation activities.
• Knowledge of SAP IBP integration with SAP S/4HANA or other ERP environments.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the functional design and delivery of SAP IBP solutions across one or more planning domains.
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP IBP designs, planning processes, master data, key figures, and user workflows.
• Lead fit-to-standard and fit-gap discussions and provide recommendations based on SAP IBP capabilities.
• Define functional design decisions and ensure consistency across planning workstreams and integrated processes.
• Work with solution architects/technical teams to define integration between SAP IBP, SAP S/4HANA, and other systems.
• Establish best-practice configuration standards aligned with SAP release roadmaps.
• Lead full-cycle SAP IBP implementations from discovery through deployment and support.
• Mentor consultants and transfer knowledge to client teams.
• Contribute to SAP IBP practice assets, accelerators, templates, and methodologies.
