SAP Hybris Leader (E-Commerce Functional Analyst) Salt Lake City

Chronos Consulting’s client is one of the first pioneer furniture manufacturing companies to implement real digital shifts by mainly selling products via the internet. With a huge presence all across North America, we are seeking to fill a newly created position for a strong SAP Hybris Leader / E-commerce Functional Analyst to join their international team.

This is a home-based opportunity in either Utah or Tennessee, working with teams located in Mexico and Canada. Alternatively, you may be in the USA and willing to relocate to Utah or Tennessee, for which a relocation stipend can be provided for the right candidate.

Business travel will be required when it is safe to travel again. A USA Passport is required.

The Role:

Reporting to the Head of Digital Transformation and partnering with Marketing & Sales Leaders, who drive the online business, you will be responsible for:

1. Excelling in client-facing roles, setting, and managing client expectations.
2. Translating business requirements into technical objectives.
3. Communicating between all involved areas to drive the successful delivery of services and offers.
4. Understanding and integrating cultural differences and leading virtual cross-cultural, cross-border, and expanding global teams.
5. Advising on Best Practices in eCommerce and CRM from both a business and technology standpoint.

The Requirements:

1. 8 – 10 years of experience with strong knowledge in all SAP Hybris “clouds”.
2. CRM and online retail expertise.
3. Agile, scrum & sprints methodology hands-on experience.
