We are seeking an Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Enterprise Architect for a full-time, remote role.

Overview

The Enterprise Architect will support our client's Customer Data Platform (CDP) program, leading the technical strategy and architecture for AEP implementation across enterprise environments, ensuring seamless integration, governance, and optimization of Adobe Experience Cloud products.

This role requires deep expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud products and a drive to optimize their integration with both Adobe and non-Adobe systems like Salesforce, Twilio, and custom platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction for AEP implementation, aligning with business needs and industry best practices.
• Provide thought leadership to technical and non-technical stakeholders, explaining solution capabilities and best practices.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architecture solutions.
• Collaborate with Data and Product Managers to support data ingestion, audience creation, and activation across Adobe products.
• Oversee integration of Adobe SDKs for performance optimization.
• Plan system integrations, ensuring connectivity via APIs, middleware, and iPaaS.

Governance & Documentation

• Develop governance structures for audience segmentation and data management.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture blueprints and system runbooks.
• Mentor team members to build internal knowledge and mitigate risks.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products.
• Expertise in AEP architecture, implementation, and integrations.
• Knowledge of AEP schema design, data collection rules, and best practices for scalable deployment.
• Experience with data governance, segmentation, and audience management within AEP.
• Strong understanding of APIs, middleware, and systems integration planning.
• Proven experience leading enterprise technical projects and digital strategies.
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Adobe Experience Cloud certifications.
• Experience across multiple industries, especially in omnichannel customer journey orchestration.
• Knowledge of customer journey analytics and campaign execution.
• Experience with AEP Edge Network and server-side tagging.
• Proficiency with AEP Query Service, Data Distiller, and custom connector development.
• Understanding of Adobe’s Consent Management and data privacy practices.
• Experience in B2B use cases, including ABM and lead-to-account matching.
