Role Overview

The Implementation team focuses on onboarding new and existing customers to Brex products, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience. We are committed to transforming expense management into a more employee-focused process, working collaboratively across teams to deliver exceptional service and turn booked revenue into billed revenue.

Location

This position is based in Salt Lake City. You are required to work in the office at least two days a week (Wednesday and Thursday). Remote work is permitted up to four weeks annually.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide customers to successfully launch and adopt Brex, driving business value.
  • Manage global enterprise implementations, including planning, stakeholder mobilization, and activity tracking.
  • Conduct design workshops and develop strategies to increase spending activity during implementation.
  • Configure and validate the platform to meet customer needs.
  • Integrate customer’s accounting software with Brex or coordinate with Technical Consultants.
  • Manage customer relationships, set expectations, and resolve challenges.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for a smooth customer experience.
  • Stay updated on product changes and provide feedback for future development.
  • Prioritize multiple customer relationships effectively.
  • Support partner-led solutions and global change management initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
  • 8+ years in a customer-facing role within SaaS or consulting.
  • 5+ years in global project management or consulting.
  • 5+ years of domain expertise in areas like Accounts Payable, Expense Management, etc.
  • Experience in process development benefiting customer outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to provide tailored solutions.
  • Proven ability to resolve issues collaboratively.
  • Sense of urgency in project execution.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Financial, Expense Management, or ERP software implementations.
Compensation

The salary range is $128,800 - $161,000 USD, with variations based on location, skills, and experience. Additional benefits may include equity and other compensation forms.
