Job summary
CBL Solutions is seeking an IT Solution Architect focused on Human Capital Management and Talent Management for a Dallas, TX contract (W2). You will translate complex business requirements into robust IT designs, collaborate with business partners, and lead end-to-end delivery across SDLC with on-site and offshore teams.
The role requires deep SAP HCM/SuccessFactors experience (Employee Central, Performance/Goal Management, Recruitment, Compensation) and ability to align IT solutions with HCM
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years with SAP HCM/SuccessFactors including integration and development across modules.
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field required.
- Proven track record in supporting HCM & Talent Management IT solutions and business processes.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into robust IT designs and SDLC-compliant solutions.
- Lead design, build, test, deployment and support of IT solutions with on-site and offshore teams.
- Collaborate with business partners to ensure IT solutions meet daily operation needs and strategic goals.
- Provide guidance, training and change management to ensure smooth adoption across users.
- Ensure security controls, access management, and SOX documentation are maintained.
