Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with SAP HCM/SuccessFactors and integrations.
• Experience with learning and recruitment tools (3rd party).
• Proven track record in HCM solutions and business processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and align solution requirements with business partners.
• Lead design, build, and test of IT solutions for HCM & Talent Management.
• Collaborate with vendors and offshore teams to deliver IT solutions.
• Translate complex requirements into actionable designs and changes.
• Provide guidance and training to ensure user adoption of solutions.
• Maintain security, access controls, and SDLC governance.
• Drive change management and SOX documentation.
