Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an IT Solution Architect specializing in Human Capital Management and Talent Management. The role requires delivering design, build, test, deployment, and support of HCM applications, with strong collaboration with business partners and vendors.

Dallas relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates. You will translate complex requirements into robust designs, lead SDLC projects, ensure security controls, and guide rollout and user adoption

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with SAP HCM/SuccessFactors, including integration and development across modules/systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven track record in HCM/Talent Management IT solutions, with KPI knowledge.
• Experience in process analysis, redesign, consulting, relationship management, and multi-team project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into design thinking for HCM/Talent Management IT solutions.
• Lead SDLC-driven projects from ideation to implementation within budget.
• Collaborate with business partners and technology vendors to deliver high-quality IT solutions.
• Provide guidance and training to promote user adoption and effective rollout of applications.
