Job summary

TechDigital Group seeks an experienced SAP HCM specialist to implement and support SAP PA, OM, Benefits and US Payroll. You will work hands-on with SAP ECC/S/4HANA HCM to optimize HR processes and time evaluation.

Collaborate with business teams to tailor rules, ensure compliance, and drive workflow automation across HR modules and integrations with third-party systems.

Applicants should hold SAP HCM certification and have a proven track record in Payroll deployments and time management.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4 HANA HCM.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and business rules.
• Experience with schema modifications, PCRs, Payroll and time evaluation.
• Provide ongoing support to SAP HCM modules including PA, OM, Benefits, US Payroll and Time Management.
• Design and optimize organizational structures and time policies.
• Configure PA, OM, Benefits, US Payroll and Time Management to align with processes.
• Work with business teams to understand system needs and enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
• Experience with SAP Payroll implementation and support; SAP HCM certification.

Responsibilities

Job description

• Hands-on experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4 HANA HCM
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and business rules.
• Experience with schema modifications, PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules), Payroll and time evaluation.
• Provide on-going support to SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Benefits, US Payroll and Time Management.
• Design and optimize organizational structures, enterprise structures and time policies to meet business requirements.
• Configure and customize PA, OM, Benefits, US Payroll and Time Management modules to align with business processes.
• Work closely with business teams to understand the system needs and enhancements.
• Understand and support the custom solutions designed and implemented for the non-standard solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and HR policies.
• Support workflow automation for HR processes
• Manage time evaluation, US Payroll, and integration with other third-party applications.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Payroll, Benefits, time recording, time data processing and shift scheduling.
• Proven expertise in SAP Payroll implementation and support. SAP certification in HCM.
