Job summary

The Ladders is seeking a SAP Functional Consultant for Procure to Pay and Materials Management to join the team in a remote capacity. You will focus on SAP S/4HANA processes driving procurement, inventory management, and payment operations, partnering with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solutions.

You will participate in testing, training, and deployment activities to support system stability and business continuity across the end-to-end procurement lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of SAP functional experience in Procure-to-Pay and Materials Management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation or support.
• Strong understanding of procurement operations and inventory management.
• Proven ability to develop functional specifications for SAP enhancements.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA PTP and MM functionality.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a SAP Functional Consultant – Procure to Pay (PTP) / Materials Management (MM) to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This remote role will focus on supporting and enhancing SAP S/4HANA processes that drive procurement, inventory management, and payment operations. The consultant will partner with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into effective functional solutions and help improve end-to-end procurement performance. This position plays a key role in testing, training, and deployment activities that support system stability and business continuity.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $105,100 – $231,100 annually
