The Ladders is seeking a SAP Functional Consultant for Procure to Pay and Materials Management to join the team in a remote capacity. You will focus on SAP S/4HANA processes driving procurement, inventory management, and payment operations, partnering with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solutions.

You will participate in testing, training, and deployment activities to support system stability and business continuity across the end-to-end procurement lifecycle.

Qualificações

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of SAP functional experience in Procure-to-Pay and Materials Management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation or support.
• Strong understanding of procurement operations and inventory management.
• Proven ability to develop functional specifications for SAP enhancements.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA PTP and MM functionality.
• Analyze business requirements and create functional designs.
• Support the complete procurement lifecycle from requisition to payment.
• Develop functional design documents and training materials.
• Perform unit testing and user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve procurement efficiency.
• Assist with production deployments and system stabilization.
