Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience in large-scale SAP transformations.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs with large onsite and offshore delivery.
• Track record of sales and delivery of managed revenue in professional services.
• Deep understanding of SAP-based transformation and S/4 capabilities.
• Experience guiding programs through business case development and infrastructure setup.
• Familiarity with AI-based delivery methodologies.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant financial services experience.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Experience mentoring staff and building teams.
• Exposure to at least one full cycle implementation of core SAP module.

Responsibilities

• Lead program delivery and practice development across SAP FS.
• Drive sales and delivery strategy with client stakeholders.
• Develop staff and accelerate consulting capabilities within the team.
