Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager for SAP Financial Services to lead delivery across projects and develop our consulting staff. The role combines program leadership with practice development, focusing on end-to-end SAP transformations in Banking, Insurance and Capital Markets.

Expect travel 25-30% and a hybrid EY office/work model. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in SAP implementations, strong cross-functional leadership, and a proven sales and delivery track record in professional services.

Qualifications

10+ years of work experience in SAP implementations.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional programs with large teams onsite and offshore.
Experience in sales and delivery of managed revenue in professional services.
Deep understanding of SAP-based transformation and S/4 capabilities.
Experience with business case development and program infrastructure setup.
Understanding AI-based delivery capabilities and methodologies.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience at a financial services company or similar.
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
Mentoring and coaching staff development.
Degree in CS/Engineering/Accounting/Finance or related field.
Prior consulting industry experience.
Willingness to travel 25-30% and work 2-3 days per week in EY offices.

Responsibilities
