Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Manager in its Utilities SAP Practice to lead finance transformation programs using SAP. You will engage with senior finance leaders, define SAP journeys, and architect end-to-end solutions across SAP platforms with strong focus on Utilities clients.

Role requires extensive SAP Finance experience, 2+ end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, and ability to lead large, global delivery teams. Travel may be required; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years functional/technical experience in SAP Finance including GL, AR, AP, Asset, Product Costing.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP projects supporting Utilities' clients.
• Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations with planning, estimation and architecture.
• Experience leading design decisions and system build, testing, cutover, go-live in SAP Finance.
• Experience managing SAP delivery teams in a Global Delivery model.
• Prior experience in a Consulting/Advisory role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (12 years of work experience); if Associate’s, 6+ years experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior Finance executives on challenges and SAP value.
• Lead SAP journey development with business cases and roadmaps.
• Architect end-to-end Finance solutions leveraging SAP and partner apps.
• Explain SAP Business AI strategy and identify value areas.
• Deploy AI use cases within SAP delivery to improve efficiency.
• Design and deliver Finance solutions using best practices.
• Lead large project teams onsite or with Accenture.
• Stay current on regulations, trends, and innovations.
