Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Manager in the Utilities SAP practice to lead finance transformation projects leveraging SAP platforms. You will steer engagements from sales origination through delivery, shaping business cases, roadmaps, and implementation strategy for utility clients worldwide.

You will work in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment, guiding teams, managing client expectations, and translating complex requirements into actionable outcomes with measurable value.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years functional/technical experience & expertise in SAP Finance, including GL, AR, AP, Asset Account, Product Costing.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP projects supporting Utilities' clients.
• Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations for Utilities.
• Experience leading design decisions and end-to-end SAP Finance delivery.
• Experience managing SAP delivery teams in a Global Delivery model.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior client Finance executives on business challenges and value of SAP solutions.
• Lead SAP journey definition with business cases and roadmaps during origination and proposals.
• Architect end-to-end Finance solutions leveraging SAP technologies and add-on partner solutions.
• Explain SAP Business AI strategy and identify areas where AI adds value.
• Lead large project teams to achieve transformational roadmaps onsite or with Accenture.
