Accenture seeks a seasoned SAP Finance leader to drive transformation programs for Utilities clients in the U.S., including end-to-end SAP S/4 deployments and AI-enabled finance solutions. Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years functional/technical experience & expertise in SAP Finance, including but not limited to GL, AR, AP, Asset Account, Product Costing, etc.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP projects supporting Utilities' clients.
• Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation and solution architecture for Utilities clients.
• Experience driving complex workshops and leading design decisions, as well as leading the design and execution of system build, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live in the SAP Finance area.
• Experience managing SAP delivery teams in a Global Delivery model.
• Prior experience in a Consulting/Advisory role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP-enabled finance transformation programs for utilities clients, combining application and functional process expertise.
• Engage senior finance executives on business challenges and value of SAP solutions.
• Define SAP journeys with roadmaps and business cases during origination and proposals.
• Architect end-to-end Finance solutions leveraging SAP technologies and partner add-ons.
• Explain SAP Business AI strategy and identify areas where AI delivers value.
• Lead large project teams onsite or with Accenture, delivering transformational roadmaps.
• Stay current on regulations, trends, and innovations to advise clients and teams.
