Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems, located near Charlotte, North Carolina (Salisbury), seeks a Director, SAP Technology Lead – Finance to drive a comprehensive SAP Finance transformation for a marquee grocery retailer. This leader will define strategy, architecture, and program governance to enable a future-ready, cloud-native SAP environment.

• 15+ years SAP Finance experience, preferably in large-scale retail or consumer goods.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformations.
• Executive-level leadership and strong stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise SAP Finance transformation roadmap aligned with business strategy.
• Lead the consolidation of all finance-related functions into SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Drive fit-to-standard and clean-core principles across the transformation.
• Oversee data migration from legacy systems to SAP RISE with data quality and compliance.
• Partner with Finance leadership to translate requirements into scalable SAP designs.
