Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Director, SAP Technology Lead – Merchandising to steer SAP Retail delivery on a multi-year ERP transformation. You will guide end-to-end design, deployment, and post‑go‑live support, aligning merchandising with finance, supply chain, and digital channels.

The role requires deep SAP S/4HANA Retail knowledge, executive leadership, and a track record of large-scale retail transformations, with AI-enabled optimization of pricing, promotions, and margins.

Qualifikationen

• 12–15+ years of progressive SAP experience in retail merchandising.
• Demonstrated leadership of large-scale SAP S/4HANA Retail transformation programs.
• Experience delivering fit-to-standard, clean-core solutions.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic leadership and ownership of SAP Retail delivery on RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud from design to post go-live support.
• Serve as the technology authority for merchandising capabilities including data management, pricing, promotions, and integration with planning platforms.
• Lead solution architecture and cross-functional integration across merchandising, supply chain, finance, and digital commerce systems.
• Drive end-to-end delivery accountability with internal teams and external partners.
• Define and deliver integrations between SAP and planning/digital platforms to support assortment optimization and pricing execution.
• Deliver automations through AI to optimize business processes.
