Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Director, SAP Technology Lead -- Finance to oversee SAP S/4HANA Finance delivery on the RISE platform and to drive the end-to-end migration from on-premise to cloud. This role requires managing GL, FI, AP, AR, CO, and other finance modules while aligning with Clean Core principles and enterprise-wide finance standardization.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of SAP Finance leadership, strong executive presence, and experience delivering large ERP

Formación

• 10+ years of SAP Finance experience including leadership of large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformations
• Experience leading SAP RISE cloud transformations, including finance data migration
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence CFO organizations and senior technology leaders
• Proven track record delivering ERP transformations in multi-brand, multi-channel retail environments

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership for SAP S/4HANA Finance delivery on RISE and migration from on-premise to cloud
• Own architecture and cross-functional integration across finance, merchandising, supply chain, store operations, and digital platforms
• Lead data migration strategies and ensure data quality and governance during transformation
• Define governance, architecture standards, and release controls
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team of SAP Finance professionals
