Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Director, SAP Technology Lead – Finance to steer the SAP S/4HANA Finance delivery on the RISE program. You will orchestrate end-to-end design, migration, and ongoing support of comprehensive financial capabilities across GL, FI, AP, AR, CO, and more.

The role requires deep experience with SAP Finance, cloud transformations, and executive leadership to align finance strategy with technology delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP Finance experience including leadership of large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformations.
• Experience leading SAP RISE cloud transformations in retail, grocery, or consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of retail finance processes and cross-functional integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of SAP S/4HANA Finance on RISE, including migration from on-premise to cloud.
• Own design, delivery, and support of comprehensive finance capabilities across modules.
• Drive governance, standardization, and adoption of clean core principles.
• Lead system integrator engagement and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Partner with Finance leadership to translate strategy into scalable SAP designs.
