Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking an IT SAP Product Manager to lead SAP Finance strategy within the FAR program. You will shape roadmaps, define features, and drive delivery across finance domains and SAP S/4HANA capabilities.

The role requires deep SAFe Agile experience and strong collaboration with Finance, EA, and external delivery partners to modernize finance processes and deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in IT product management, SAP delivery, finance technology, ERP transformation, or enterprise business applications.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, upgrades, migrations, or large-scale transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the SAP Finance product roadmap for the FAR program.
• Lead program backlog definition, prioritization, refinement, and readiness across SAP Finance workstreams.
• Drive SAFe ceremonies and operating rhythms, including PI Planning and system demos.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and delivery teams to convert priorities into features and plans.
• Provide product leadership across SAP S/4HANA Finance domains (GL, AP, AR, asset accounting, etc.).
• Partner with finance process owners to standardize and automate processes while ensuring controls and compliance.
• Manage dependencies across AGILE RELEASE TRAINS, SAP workstreams, data and reporting.
• Coordinate with system integrators and internal teams to ensure scalable, fit-for-purpose designs.
• Define and track product success measures: adoption, cycle-time, defects, and business value.
• Communicate roadmap progress and decisions to senior leaders.
