Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking an IT Manager – SAP Delivery Lead to guide the FAR program, delivering SAP S/4HANA on RI SE, and modernizing finance operations. You will align business, technology, and vendor teams with a single execution plan.

The role requires 15–20 years in IT delivery, finance transformation, ERP modernization, or regulated industries, plus strong executive communication and cross‑functional leadership. Travel between MA/CT/NH is expected.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end IT delivery for the FAR program (planning, requirements, design, build, test, cutover, deployment, stabilization).
Coordinate with Finance, IT, Architecture, Cybersecurity, Data, and Change Management teams for multi‑stream delivery.
Drive execution across Agile Release Trains and enablement, data, analytics, reporting, and change management.
Translate FAR objectives into executable milestones, risks, and decisions to support timely delivery.
Manage delivery performance across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and resources.
Coordinate vendor delivery across System Integrator and internal teams for alignment.
Establish governance with program reviews, issue escalation, dependency management, and executive reporting.
Ensure fit-to-standard design, clean-core architecture, data quality, and SOX controls.
