Your Role

As a Senior Technology Business Analyst, you will connect business needs with technical solutions, evaluate business models, elicit requirements, and ensure delivery aligns with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Configure and implement solutions that meet business needs.
• Lead project streams and engage actively with clients.

Skills and Attributes

• Work with stakeholders to understand needs and advise on SAP capabilities.
• Gather requirements, architect solutions, blueprint, test, document, and design functional solutions.
• Translate needs into configurations and integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Demonstrate analytical skills, decision-making, and the ability to guide junior team members.
• Proven problem-solving and relationship management skills.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2-4 years of SAP ERP experience, including at least one full implementation cycle focusing on SAP Product Costing.
• Working knowledge of SAP FICO applications beyond Product Costing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior consulting experience or deep functional expertise.
• SAP certifications, such as C_TS4CO.
• Additional SAP finance certifications and industry experience in accounting.
