Job summary

Refactor Talent in Duluth, GA is seeking a Finance/FICO Functional Lead on a full-time, hybrid basis to guide a large SAP S/4HANA transformation across manufacturing and distribution finance processes.

The role acts as the business expert for finance, partnering with Finance, Operations and IT to define and optimize processes, participate in current/future state workshops, and translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Finance, Manufacturing Finance, Cost Accounting, or Supply Chain Finance experience.
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Strong understanding of inventory accounting, manufacturing accounting, and distribution finance.
• Experience participating in ERP implementations or enterprise business transformation initiatives.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Finance, Operations, and technical stakeholders.
• Experience in Medical Device or other regulated manufacturing environments is highly preferred.

We’re seeking to connect a Finance/FICO Functional Lead with a leading Medical Manufacturing organization on a full-time basis. The role is hybrid and located in Duluth, Georgia. As a Finance Business Functional Lead, you'll play a key role in a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation by serving as the business expert for finance processes supporting manufacturing and distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, Operations, and IT teams to define and improve financial business processes.
• Participate in current state/future state workshops and translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Support inventory accounting, manufacturing finance, distribution accounting, and financial process standardization.
