Job summary

Refactor Talent in Duluth, GA seeks a Quality Business Functional Lead for a full-time, hybrid role. You will guide Quality processes during an enterprise SAP transformation, acting as the SME across CAPA, regulatory compliance, and manufacturing operations.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in Quality Management within medical device environments and hands-on SAP ECC/S/4HANA experience to drive standardization and ERP-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Quality Management within manufacturing or medical devices.
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong knowledge of CAPA and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to support Quality business processes during SAP transformation.

• Support Quality functions including CAPA, product inspection, regulatory compliance, and RCA.
• Collaborate with project and operations teams during design validation, testing, UAT and change management.
• Drive process improvements to reduce customization and improve operational consistency.
• Serve as the primary business SME for Quality throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Job description

We’re seeking to connect a Quality Business Functional Lead with a leading Medical Device organization on a full-time basis. The role is hybrid and located in Duluth, Georgia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with cross-functional teams to support Quality business processes throughout an enterprise SAP transformation.
• Participate in current state/future state workshops and translate business requirements into standardized operational processes.
• Support Quality functions including CAPA, product inspection, regulatory compliance, and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with project, operations, and technical teams during design validation, testing, UAT, and change management.
• Drive process improvements that reduce customization and improve operational consistency.
• Serve as the primary business subject matter expert for Quality throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Management within manufacturing or medical device environments.
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and distribution operations.
• Experience participating in ERP implementations or major business transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of regulated quality processes including CAPA and compliance.
• Enterprise Warehouse Management (EWM) experience is highly preferred.

Expected Pay and Benefits:

• Estimated salary: $130,000–$170,000 annually
